Our removals crews’ complete specialist packing training and are experienced in wrapping and packing your items to protect them for the specific risks of international moving (Did you know a container can move up to 7 different ways while at sea?!).  We can pack everything for you or (depending on your destination) just some items if you prefer to pack some of your own boxes. If we’re packing we’ll bring the boxes with us on move day and you can just leave everything where it is, if you’re doing any of your own packing we can include early delivery of your boxes for you in our quote.

Generally Relocation Industry remains engaged during all the months but as a summary note “ The busiest time for moving companies are during the summer months, March' 15th - October’ 15th.  At the end of these months, the volume of shipments are extremely high . Take all the factors into consideration when deciding on the best time for you to move. Visual Survey of the House-hold Goods that needs to be relocated , gives a clear picture of what exact resources a Relocation Agency Needs to accomplish the move in a perfect manner. 

The Relocation or Move Consultant would arrive at your home to complete the survey of your items & to have a courtesy meet with you & also to understand all your requirements & concerns thoroughly so that he or she could clarify all your doubts related to the Packing or transportation of Goods etc. 

Once this is completed, the estimator will calculate the weight, packing cost and any other supportive services charges related to your move. Remember that the estimator must clearly see what you are moving to provide you with an accurate estimate. Crawl spaces, attics, and cluttered closets can be deceiving, so organize your house before the estimator arrives. 

Don't be alarmed if the estimator goes through all your cabinets and closets or looks under beds and on top of cabinets. He or she must be able to see what is moving and possibly needs packing. If you know of items that are out of view, be certain to point them out to the estimator. If there are items you will be eliminating, be sure to point them out. One word of caution that can save you a great deal of trouble on loading day.

Get rid of all items you do not plan to move. Otherwise, there may not be enough space for your shipment. This will not occur on one or two small items, but if you anticipated eliminating an entire bedroom suite and do not do so, it is quite possible that this could violate the integrity of your binding estimate and/or cause the driver to run out of space.
